	Al’s Liner 1 Gallon Kit Al’s Liner High Solids Urethane/Acrylic blend can be used for many applications. Originally designed by Scorpion Protective Coatings as a Bed Liner System, we decided in April 2008 to take our system to the consumer level. Tired of seeing solvent based products being advertised as high solids coatings, we put together our 86% solids content high build liner in a 1 Gallon DIY Kit (Al’s Liner). 	Al’s Liner LMR Al’s Liner LMR (Lecithin Mold Release) is the perfect option for the Al’s Spray Gun clean up. Spray some LMR into the metal pot of the gun prior to putting any material in and you simply let the gun set over night and pull the dry material out the next day. Excellent where post mold parts will be painted, stenciled, glued, bonded, laminated, hot stamped or metalized, this product is food approved, vegetable based. The rapid dry, anti-stick is suitable for cold and hot molds, improves product surface finishes and reduces production times. Biodegradable, Colorless and Odorless. (BJ)
	Al’s Liner Rubber Crumb Additive Al’s Liner Rubber Crumb Additive is an excellent option for areas that require extreme non-skid. We chose rubber crumb because it is friendlier to the user in Marine and Trailer applications (easier on bare skin) and less expensive than sand or quart additives. Excellent for decks, walkways, boat decks and trailer floors or any where you need a highly non-skid coating. Can be missed with virtually any color and will provide a lifetime non-skid texture, unlike sand and quarts which work themselves lose from the coating, rubber crumb bonds to the material so it will not wear over time. 	Al’s Spray Gun Al’s Spray Gun is a customized spray apparatus designed to work specifically with our high solids/high viscosity material. Unlike traditional bed liner guns that simply spatter the material, Al’s Spray Gun allows even novice users to select a certain texture, lock in the trigger and spray. With minimal air pressure required (7cfm at 25 psi) Al’s Spray Gun makes applying any high viscosity material a cinch. You can go from paint finish smooth to the ever popular gritty bed liner look. 	Al’s Vinyl Flattener Al’s Liner has developed a vinyl powder additive to provide a Semi Gloss finish to the bed liner and also increase the Shore Hardness of the bed liner. Al’s Vinyl Flattener is pure vinyl powder; this will give the user a semi-gloss finish, increase the shore hardness from 89 to 96 and increase the viscosity of the bed liner. Some consumers prefer the look of the polyurea coatings verses epoxy or polyurethane high gloss finishes. With Al’s Vinyl Flattener, you can duplicate the appearance of all polyurethane, epoxy and polyurea bed liner systems available today. (BJ)
